Honestly no complaints. Neat and new-fashioned unit with a sloping ceiling over the bed, incredibly nice staff. The breakfasts for 5Euro. What a marvellous location in the old town! And right by the centre of Porto, a short walk from the main rail station and the Clerigos Tower.

All in all - had a quiet 5 night stay. Had stylish, modern room with storage space and access to patio. Incredible and amazing location just off from Trindade metro stop, understandable at that time and central Porto, I felt safe. And it's just a short walk away from Tapabento, ate there once or twice.
It had too soft beds, maybe it was bad luck.
